The administration of the temple comes under the H.R & C.E ADMN., DEPT with an Executive Officer and Board of Trustees appointed by the Department to look after the day to day administration of the temple. there are 27 members of the staff. There is a library under the auspicious of the temple. there is also an elephant by name Mnagalam maintained by the temple.

  
Income And Assets
  
The temple has 202 Acres 51 cents of wet land and 38 Acres 19 cents of dry lands in Vilvarayanallur, Koilpattu, Adiccha mangalam, Valangaiman, Vedambaraim, Ashtamangalam, Chinnagara, Madappuram, Edakkiam and Palayanallur. There is an income of about      Rs. 4.2 Lakshs per annum.
